Appointment Information

To provide a smooth, respectful, and elevated experience for every client, Elite Massage Therapists asks that all guests review the following appointment information before booking.

Booking Requirements

A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Your card is used to hold your appointment time and may be charged only according to our cancellation, no-show, deposit, or prepayment policies.

A deposit or full payment may be required for post-operative lymphatic drainage appointments and services scheduled for more than 120 minutes. Standard massage, spa, waxing, skincare, and Japanese Head Spa appointments do not require a deposit unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If the appointment cannot be refilled, a 50% service fee may apply.

Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may shorten your session time in order to avoid impacting the next scheduled guest. The full service fee still applies.

Packages

Packages may be purchased during the first session after the provider has reviewed your goals, needs, and scheduling plan. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used for the number of sessions purchased.

Card Declines & Future Booking

If a cancellation or no-show fee is declined, the balance must be paid before any future appointment may be scheduled. Future appointments may require prepayment.

Repeated cancellations, repeated rescheduling, missed appointments, declined payments, or failure to follow booking policies may result in limited booking privileges or dismissal from future scheduling.

Right to Refuse or Modify Services

Elite Massage Therapists reserves the right to refuse, modify, reschedule, or discontinue any service when it is not safe, appropriate, within scope of practice, or in alignment with company policy.

Service decisions are based on safety, professional judgment, client conduct, documentation requirements, and company policy.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be used for massage and spa services only. Gift certificates are not valid for facials or waxing.

All purchases, including services, packages, gift certificates, deposits, and prepaid appointments, are final. No refunds or transfers.

Booking with Diego

Appointments with Diego are typically booked several weeks to months in advance. Established clients are welcome to contact Diego directly to check for earlier availability. Cancellations and schedule changes do occur from time to time; however, earlier openings cannot be guaranteed.

For best availability, clients are encouraged to schedule in advance.
