To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect our providers’ time, Elite Massage Therapists LLC maintains the following booking policies:
- New Clients: Card on file is required to reserve appointment. Couples massage, two hour services & longer, and post-op massage require deposits or full payment to secure initial appointment.
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee if provider is unable to refill the slot, 100% service fee if client cancels same day and provider is unable to refill the appointment.
- No shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Late arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
- Packages: Packages are paid at initial visit and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Only the number of sessions purchased will be scheduled.
- Card on file: A valid card is required for all bookings.
- Policy Agreement: By booking an appointment, you agree to our booking cancellation, and payment policies.
Note: Gift cards may be used for massage and spa services only. Gift cards are not valid for facials or waxing. Please contact our licensed esthetician directly for those services.
All purchases, including services, packages, and gift cards, are final. No refunds or transfers.
🧾Diego’s Clientele Notice
Appointments with Diego are typically booked 4–5 weeks in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling do occur from time to time, so it is recommend to book ahead. Established clients are welcome to reach out to Diego personally at 256-620-1554 to check for earlier availability, though openings cannot be guaranteed.
