Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) is a light-skin stretch technique that helps reduce swelling/ edema caused by surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy. Surgeries include both orthopedic and cosmetic surgeries (like liposuction, tummy tuck, and BBL). Drainage massage/ MLD massage helps detoxify and improve wound healing and scarring. Sports Massage/ Russian Sports Massage focuses on a variety of sports injuries. This massage technique implements stretches, deeper pressure and trigger point therapy to decrease muscle tension, improve range of motion and joint mobility.

Hot Stone Massage (only seasonal Nov to end of March) includes relaxation Swedish massage to warm-up muscle tissue and then heated stones are used on specific parts of the body. This type of massage helps relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. <this type of massage has several contraindications, please contact me if you have any question about this type of massage.

Prenatal Massage helps ease aches and pains that occur from the anatomical changes of pregnancy and helps promote relaxation. It reduces swelling, improves mood and help relieve some pregnancy depression and anxiety. Make sure to get health care provider’s consent before getting a prenatal massage, especially with multiple medical conditions.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki practitioners use palm healing or hands- on healing through which universal energy is said to transferred through the palms. This type of energy healing helps encourage emotional and physical healing. \
